NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
Although we gather in the Redding, Shasta County area, we do have approximately 300 members nationwide & growing. We range in ages from 20 to 70. Some are newcomers from UK and some have been in the US for many years. Brits International is open to Ex-Pats with Scottish, Irish, Welsh & English heritage, Anglophiles & anyone interested in our culture & traditions and who also enjoy a good laugh, have fun and would like to meet with other like minded people. Brits International was started in 2005 & is still based in Kansas City, Missouri by our founder, an ex-pat & Wimbledon lad, Ray Caraher. He still runs a genuine London taxi cab which has been featured in several events & parades in the Heartland.
We like to gather on a regular basis enjoying many different events. Pub Nights, Bangers n Mash, Car Boot Sales, outdoor events such as BBQs etc. Christmas Parties, Boxing Day Celebrations, St. Paddy's Day & several other events throughout the year. Some members open their homes for certain events such as Guy Fawkes Night. We are always open to new ideas & venues & welcome any input which we can incorporate for future events & gatherings.
Memberships start at just $20 per year, and then up to $95 for those with businesses that would like to advertise with us. For that you will have your company logo with a direct link to your website linked from our home page. This gives great exposure to your business.
